“Futran Global Transportation Technology (Jiujiang) Co LTD” is the only registered business entity of the Futran Group (“Futran Global” and “Futran Limited”) operating in China and no other entity has the right to use the name “Futran” or to claim that they represent the interests of the Futran Group in China.
It has come to our attention that two companies registered in China are using the name “Futran” and may present themselves as being aligned with or representing the interests of the Futran Group. These companies are “Futran Future Transportation Technology Group Co, Ltd.” and “Jiujiang Futran Future Transportation Technology Co, Ltd”. Although we had a working relationship with these companies up until 2021, the relationship was officially terminated in March 2021 and we have no relationship with these companies any longer. Neither “Futran Future Transportation Technology Group Co, Ltd.” nor “Jiujiang Futran Future Transportation Technology Co, Ltd” represent the interests of the Futran Group, either in China or anywhere else in the world. These companies also do not have access to the Futran set of technologies, supply chain partners or clients.
“Futran Global Transportation Technology (Jiujiang) Co LTD” is the only registered business entity of the Futran Group in China.
So stated on this date, the 1st of March 2023, by myself, Andries Auret Louw, the founder and Chairman of the Futran Group of companies.
